"I wanted to take a minute to thank you and your staff for all your assistance in guiding me through the process to seek and obtain a long-stay visa. When I emailed you in April of this year, my wife (who is a French citizen) and I, had just been married in the USA.
As a former University Administrator, I read everything I could with regard to preparing materials for the visa process, and the requirement for first obtaining a “Transcription” of the Marriage, (as it took place outside of France). I was overwhelmed by just this first step, and had a great deal of pre-retirement anxiety regarding achieving my goal of living in France with my wife. It was obvious to me that I needed professional assistance on how to get this done, done correctly, and with the assistance of someone who knew what they were doing.
You responded to my email the day I contacted you. Explained to me what documents regarding the marriage would be needed to obtain the required Transcription: birth certificates, translations of documents not in written in French, an Apostille of the marriage certificate, and documents that would also be required for my wife.
You even gave me an estimate of how long this first step might take, and when we could start to get the remaining materials together for the visa application (if all went well with no unforeseen difficulties) and what turned out to be a most accurate estimate of when I might expect to receive my visa (again assuming no unusual caveats).
As you know, everything “clicked”… I had what I needed for both the receipt of the transcription and the visa. The assistance that your office provided in preparing the required materials and applications, and putting it all into an organized format was something I would not have been able to accomplish on my own.
So finally, as I prepare to move to France with the required visa I received last week, I just wanted to be sure you were aware of how appreciative I am of your help, and the assistance and kindness provided by your staff."

Хочу порекомендовать Вам отличного русскоговорящего адвоката, который провернул наше сложное дело по получению КДС. С ним у нас всё получилось как нельзя лучше. Он единственный кто взялся всё устроить без нашего выезда из Франции. Наша цель была с русским гражданством и статусом еврорезидента получить здесь КДС и открыть нашу фирму. Фирму открыл и КДС для нас получил сразу на 3 года. Попутно решал много нестыковавшихся вопросов. За всю работу взял фиксированную плату (недорого), причем ровно столько сколько изначально запросил.
Он сам французский американец или американский француз (как хотите) и у него жена русская из Москвы, поэтому он сам говорит по-русски и в любом случае языкового барьера не будет. В следующий раз мы будем работать только с ним!
